We are so excited to announce that we have officially OPENED our new store in the Ocean View community of Norfolk, VA! This is a dream come true for us, as we have been hunting down just the right space for almost three years.
We found ourselves selling bison in Norfolk, VA because Jimmie was stationed in the area. The story goes: we saw some great farmer’s markets in the community when we moved in early 2018 and finally decided to guest vend at one of the markets in 2021. There was an overwhelming appreciation and desire for our grass-fed and finished bison meat! We sold about 200lbs of bison in just two hours during our first market, so we became regular vendors :)
Three years later, here we are in a lovely little neighborhood just two blocks from the beach selling our bison meats, ready to eat hotdogs, and hand-batched frozen lemonades! We also decided to bring our like-minded farmer and small business friends on board so we could be a one-stop-shop for customers. We offer elk, beef, wagyu, pork, chicken, gelato, mushrooms, sourdough, coffees, teas, candles, sauces, salts, bath and body products, leather goods, pastas, and so much more! You’ll have to come by to check out ALL of our offerings.
We are committed to supporting our regional farm and small business friends. We source 99% of our products from VA and WV. I am hoping to branch out into North Carolina soon, so if you know of anyone who might be interested, shoot me email! We are also committed to our humane and regenerative model that supports honest meat and generations of healthy soils.
